1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "8ktop", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operators of the 8ktop platform accessible at https://8ktop.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an 8ktop account.
• "Platform" refers to the 8ktop website, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player via an accepted payment method that have not yet been withdrawn.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 8ktop that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that 8ktop may require players to complete.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8ktop Platform, creating an Account, or using any service provided by 8ktop, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 8ktop Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 8ktop reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds — including deposits and any winnings — may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 8ktop uses technical and manual monitoring to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate Accounts, together with their associated balances, will be suspended and may be permanently closed without prior notice.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

The 8ktop Platform is operated as an offshore service intended for the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8ktop makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in any specific location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

You agree to notify 8ktop immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 8ktop will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your authorising or permitting another person to use your Account.

8ktop recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, and using a strong, unique password for your Account. You must not use the same password as you use for any other online service.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8ktop accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no platform-side fee applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which 8ktop accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before a withdrawal request is approved, 8ktop may require the Player to complete KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals will not be processed if the Account holds an active Bonus Balance that has not yet met its applicable Wagering Requirement. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: within 15 minutes of approval
• Rocket and Upay: within 30 minutes of approval
• Bank transfers (all listed banks): within 4 hours of approval

These processing times are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or due to additional verification requirements.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 8ktop Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 8ktop does not accept deposits in any other currency. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the Player's sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by 8ktop are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Balances must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable Promotion before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino tables or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards meeting a Wagering Requirement. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

8ktop reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Balance — and any winnings derived from it — where 8ktop reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, offsetting bets to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6.4 VIP Programme

The 8ktop VIP Programme comprises five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal. All registered Players are automatically enrolled at the Silver tier. Tier advancement is determined by cumulative real-money wagering activity over rolling calendar periods. The specific thresholds, cashback rates, withdrawal priority levels, and additional benefits for each tier are published on the 8ktop VIP Programme page and are subject to change at 8ktop's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules

Each game and betting market available on the 8ktop Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or via the relevant product page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing bets or wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round or bet settlement, 8ktop will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a resolution cannot be determined from available data, 8ktop reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. In-play bets that cannot be verified due to data feed interruptions may be settled at the last confirmed price or voided, at 8ktop's reasonable discretion.

8ktop reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8ktop Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or any other multiplayer context
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Registering with false identity information or impersonating another person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the Platform's software or content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8ktop staff or other Players via any communication channel
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a staking syndicate through a single Account

9. Account Suspension & Closure

8ktop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 8ktop determines at its sole reasonable discretion that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

In the event of Account closure for a breach of these Terms, 8ktop may withhold the Account's Real Money Balance pending an internal investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 8ktop may forfeit the balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the 8ktop support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

10. Responsible Gaming

8ktop is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Account's settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of time spent on the Platform
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform with immediate effect

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8ktop Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and layout, is the intellectual property of 8ktop or its licensed game providers and technology partners. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 8ktop.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not convey any ownership rights and is immediately revoked upon Account closure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8ktop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical faults, or unauthorised third-party access to your Account.

8ktop does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious software. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8ktop makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8ktop's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

8ktop collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. 8ktop uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Payment data is handled in compliance with applicable payment security standards. 8ktop will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

14. Amendments

8ktop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 8ktop will provide reasonable prior notice via email to the address registered on your Account, a notification displayed upon your next login, or a prominent announcement on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 9.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8ktop is licensed and incorporated as an offshore operator. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 8ktop's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the resolution of any arbitration proceeding.
